By creating an account, registering for a class or event, purchasing a product or membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service and to participate in firearms or defensive-training instruction. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and current and that you may lawfully participate in the programs you register for.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at jmotto@westsuburbanccw.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases, Memberships, and Refunds
Pricing, schedules, and availability are subject to change. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Refund eligibility and our no-show, late-arrival, weather, rescheduling, and conduct policies are published on our Policies page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Conduct and Safety
You agree to act safely and lawfully on our premises and during all instructional activities, to follow the directions of our staff and instructors at all times, and to refrain from harassing, endangering, or harming others. We may suspend or terminate your access for any conduct that we determine, in our discretion, to be unsafe or in violation of these Terms.
6. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the information on the Service accurate and current, but we do not warrant that descriptions, schedules, pricing, or other content are complete, accurate, or error-free, and we may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is owned by West Suburban CCW or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Firearms, defensive tactics, and related instruction involve inherent and significant risks. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk, and you assume responsibility for following all safety instructions and applicable laws. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Suburban CCW and its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or participation in our programs.
10. Google reCAPTCHA
Certain forms on our website are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and your use of those forms is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
