Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us in writing by email at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled class.

Refunds are issued only if you purchased directly from West Suburban CCW within the last 90 days. Classes purchased through a third party or reseller are subject to that seller's refund terms.

Requests made with at least 7 days notice are eligible for a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.

A $50 rescheduling fee applies if you choose to re-attend class after any of the following:

• You fail to show up for your scheduled class.
• You are turned away for arriving late.
• You notify us of a reschedule with less than 7 days notice.

Please arrive on time. Range qualification and state-required instruction hours cannot be made up partially, so late arrivals cannot be admitted. We will not make any exceptions to this policy.
