About
West Suburban Concealed Carry has been helping Illinois residents earn their Concealed Carry License for more than 10 years. Based in Naperville with a classroom conveniently located near I-88 and Route 59, we serve students from across the western Chicago suburbs.
Your instructors are active-duty and retired police officers, led by a lead instructor with over 25 years of SWAT experience. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely enjoy teaching. That combination is why more than 25,000 students have trusted us with their concealed carry training.
Our state-approved 16-hour course covers everything the Illinois State Police require: firearms safety, marksmanship fundamentals, care and handling of a concealable firearm, and a thorough review of state and federal law. New shooters are welcome. We use training replicas to build confidence and offer .22 caliber rental firearms on the range, so you can qualify comfortably even if you have never fired a handgun before.
We also offer 3-hour renewal and recertification training for current and expired license holders, training certificate reissues, and application assistance. Whatever stage you are at, we will help you carry with confidence and stay compliant.

Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us in writing by email at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled class.
Refunds are issued only if you purchased directly from West Suburban CCW within the last 90 days. Classes purchased through a third party or reseller are subject to that seller's refund terms.
Requests made with at least 7 days notice are eligible for a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.

No-Show, Late Arrival, and Rescheduling
A $50 rescheduling fee applies if you choose to re-attend class after any of the following:
- You fail to show up for your scheduled class.
- You are turned away for arriving late.
- You notify us of a reschedule with less than 7 days notice.
Please arrive on time. Range qualification and state-required instruction hours cannot be made up partially, so late arrivals cannot be admitted. We will not make any exceptions to this policy.
